That didn’t seem fair.
These people could have and should have been rewarded. But there was no platform or formal process in place to recognise the value they brought. That’s why I created Everyday Recruiter — a platform that enables everyday people to earn simply by referring someone they know, while giving businesses access to quality talent without the high cost of traditional recruitment.
